Had a tiring day and just wanted to grab something quick and easy and Maguro Spot was perfect. The poke and rice was fresh and delicious. I do wish they gave you more of the sides you pay for. The side portions are very small and not proportional to the amount is poke and rice you get. Overall a thumbs up.

Maguro Spot is the perfect place to grab a poke bowl and head to the beach. I love that they basically have snack sized poke bowls too, because I had multiple locations lined up to eat at on the same day... The main con is they charge for each topping. Otherwise, the prices are very fair for poke. They have so many different sizes and sauces, that you can eat here once a day during a typical Hawaii trip and be amazed at a new flavor each time. I love that it's the same price for any fish, combo, or all (tuna, salmon, marlin, shrimp). There'll probably be a line when you come, but it moves quite fast. They're very efficient, and I was worried about taking too long with my order, so I just got their purported best seller, the rainbow bowl in small. Not the best decision because I dislike mayo-based sauces and teriyaki, so a combination of them didn't do me any favors. Despite that, I still found the poke bowl to be delicious and an awesome value. And it had a bunch of different ingredients in it, so it sort of looked like a rainbow?

During my trip here, this was probably the best poke I had.. my mouth is watering thinking about it. My boyfriend and I just landed and wanted to try some poke (but not too much since we were full from breakfast) so their small size was perfect. I recommend following them on Instagram to get that free topping! I got the small combination tuna/salmon/blue marlin with the rainbow sauce and cucumbers/seaweed salad for toppings. It was SOO good!! I loved the rainbow sauce. The fish was also really fresh. Beware the small is really small.. I think I would opt for a medium bowl if I was actually going to eat it as a meal. Overall, the food, pricing and service was great! I appreciated the outdoor seating as well.

This is the best poké I've ever eaten. It was one of the first spots we tried in Hawaii, and then we went to try about 7-8 more spots and nothing fully lived up to this one. The fish is so fresh, it's so tasty, and the sauce flavors are absolutely amazing. Service is quick as well, staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fresh poke is hard to beat and am so glad I stumbled upon Maguro Spot on my first day in Waikīkī. Ended up coming twice! Tuna and marlin are brought in daily. Really enjoyed the tuna and first time trying marlin, which was good but not as good as a staple like tuna. The line moves quickly and if you go at an off time there is little to no wait.

Spicy Hawaiian with salmon and tuna bowl. Gluten free and very delicious. I was super impressed with the gluten free sauce and one of the best gf meals I have had in Waikiki!

Get the salmon ikura bowl! I liked the variety of poke they offered, and the prices seemed reasonable too. Plus, they're conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki! When we stopped by, there was a line forming outside but it moved pretty quickly. The staff was friendly, but seating was a tad bit limited - we ended up finding a table outside. The salmon and ikura were both SUPER fresh. I think the salmon marinade was a bit too saucy / salty for my liking, but the rice helped to balance it out. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid spot to get your poke fix!
